We quality check all our goods before they are sent out to our customers, and take further measures to ensure that they are not damaged during delivery. However, in the unlikely event that the goods are damaged/faulty, you may request a refund within 14 working days of receiving the goods. Please note that earrings/body jewellery cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
In order to make a return, the following procedure needs to be followed:
Please send us a message through ebay to let us know that you will be making a return. Please send us the invoice number,item number(if applicable) and reason for return in this message.
Please make sure that you have included a copy of your original invoice in the return package, as we will not be able to process the return without this copy. Also, please include the reason for return of the goods in the return package.
All the items must be sent in the original packaging and must be new and unused.
Once we have checked the items and validated the claim, we will refund the cost of the goods, minus shipping and handling charges.
We would advise that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held liable if the goods are not received. Please note that the return of these goods is at your own expense.
It may be possible to exchange the goods, if that specific style is in stock. If the specific style is not in stock, we can replace the goods with a similar style or as preferred by the customer.
Gold or Silver plated base metal jewellery may discolour/tarnish over time depending on its use and method of storage. We would advise that each item is separately stored in a plastic bag. Use a dry, soft cloth to wipe the jewellery clean and keep away from perfumes or makeup. We cannot provide refunds for tarnishing of jewellery.
