Beautiful Charles Anastase empire line knee length dress with an interesting overleaf on waist. The fabric is absolutely gorgeous - beautiful ornament and shimmering shade. The cut goes wider to the hem and that gives an adorable girly feel to the dress. New with tags!

French designer Charles Anastase was born in 1979, and began his career in the Arts by pursuing his natural talent for drawing and painting. He gained entrance into the world of fashion when a friend arranged to have his drawings seen by the editor of a Paris-based fashion magazine. One opportunity led to another and he was commissioned by Calvin Klein to illustrate an advertising campaign in 2004, and soon thereafter he found himself immersed in the art of fashion design. Calling upon his ever-present fascination for Victorian era whimsy and "demi-couture," Charles has created over a dozen collections to date and he rarely fails to enchant audiences and industry insiders alike on the runway.

Charles Anastase's personal style might be described as romantic Lolita meets space age geek girl, with a liberal dash of classic Brit-rocker style for added spice. His brand of whimsical elegance has attracted an impressive roster of celebrity devotees. Fans of his work include Roisin Murphy, Winona Ryder, Keira Knightley, Christina Ricci, Lady Gaga, Chloe Sevigny, Emma Watson, Beth Ditto, Alexa Chung and Yoko Ono.
