When will I receive my laptop?
We normally dispatch orders within 1 working day of
cleared payment, although during busy periods after
weekends for instance, it may take up to 3/4 working

What does a Tested & Working battery
Unless stated then please accept that the Batteries
with the laptops are tested only up to 10 minutes,
we will get some that are good and some are bad and
we reflect this in the price of the laptop, On the
whole our feedback indicates people are happy with
the battery condition
Batteries are not included in the
warranty as they are a consumeable item, if the
battery bothers you then please don't buy laptops
from us. Most of our laptops are ex corporate, the
bonus is however because of this replacement
batteries in the main are quite cheap.
How long do I have to pay for my item
I have won?
Although we prefer our customers to pay instantly,
we do allow 3 days maximum for payment. If payment
has not been made within 3 days, an Non Payment
dispute will be raised and the transaction will be
cancelled. At this point the item will be re-listed.
If my laptop turns faulty and is
under warranty, can I get it repaired myself?
If your laptop is under warranty, it has to come
back to us to be looked at, repaired/replaced, if
you take it upon yourself to repair it, we will not
cover any costs incurred as the warranty is soley
with us and we don't accept any third part
intervention, this includes the laptop being looked
at by a third party, We know are laptops inside out,
the shop down the road does not.
If I need a replacement part instead
of a replacement unit what do I do?
We will more than happily send replacement parts to
you to save having to send the unit back for repair,
however we will only do so upon receipt of the
faulty part. (Buyer responsible for return postage
fees of faulty part under RTB warranty agreement.)
Will the laptop I receive have a UK
In most cases, laptop keyboards will be UK layout
unless otherwise stated. In very rare cases, we do
sometimes send US keyboards or keyboards with UK
overlays to cover non-UK keys
