Your laptop will have been refurbished to a high standard, if there are any issues with the laptop other than wear and tear these will be mentioned separately within the listing.

Q. Can I collect my item?
Yes you are welcome to collect from Coventry, CV4 if you would like to arrange this please call on 02476 471112. Collections are by appointment only.

Q. If I am not happy with my laptop can I return it?
We offer a 7 day no quibble full refund policy, providing the item is posted back in unused and in the same condition it was despatched in. We will grant a full refund (less return postage costs) when the item has been fully checked by our staff. We will notify Ebay that it has been returned so we can receive a credit on our sellers fees.

Yes it will play flash games on facebook with no problems.

Q. Will it work with my internet dongle?
Yes this will work with a USB internet dongle.

Q. How long will it take to receive my item?

The IBM T43 is an ideal beginners laptop at this cheap price. We have from cleaned, tested and fully refurbished this laptop. It comes pre-loaded with Windows XP Pro and is ready to use as soon as you open the box. This is a widescreen slimline laptop comes with a DVDrom Combo Drive ideal for watching DVDs. As well as being preloaded with XP Pro, we have also included Free Anti Virus software and also Open Office which is ideal for Word Processing, Spreadsheet and presentation programs ideal for business, school and university work! Wifi means that you can gain access to the internet using your Broadband wireless network, you can also connect where you see the wi-fi spots around the country.

Please include a note with your Paypal payment stating which cover you would like from the following:

Warranty

Our Laptops come with a 90 Day Return To Base Warranty, if the laptop develops a fault please contact us first via email or phone. If we are unable to rectify the issue with your laptop over the phone we will then repair, replace or refund the item. Please not that if the laptop is returned more than 14 Days after you have taken delivery then we will only repair or replace the laptop.

Delivery

Please note that it can take upto 3 working days before your laptop is dispatched, we post all items on a 24 Hour Delivery service with nationwide couriers. Your item is fully insured during transit, any damage during transit needs to be reported with 72 hours so we can then lodge a claim with our couriers. Delivery Costs. Please note that there is a £10 surcharge to the following postcodes: PO, BT, IM, JE, GY, AB 37-38, HS 1-9, KA 27-28, KW 1-18, PA 20, 30-35, 40, 41-78, ZE 1-3 We keep our prices as cheap as possible and simply to need to pass on the costs.
