All items are sent SECOND CLASS DELIVERY by Royal Mail or other COURIER SERVICE
Higher priced items will be sent RECORED DELIVERY and will need to be signed for
We are happy to post overseas, please email us to obtain a price for this
Please allow up to 5 working days to dispatch items, in most cases it will be sooner but some items will be ordered direct from the manufacturer before we engrave them.

Returns – Items that are engraved
We cannot accept any returns on items that have been engraved unless the item is faulty or the wording is incorrect due to our error
Please check you wording before you submit your request thoroughly
If you suspect your wording is incorrect due to our error you must notify us within this 7 days of receiving the goods – we will respond to your request.
Once you have notified us and received authorisation you must return the item to us within 7 days of the authorisation date. Please include a copy of the invoice and a quick note of the problem.
Goods MUST be returned in the original packaging complete and unused.
(If you have opened the box to examine then it must be repackaged as received).
Please note: Refunds will only be authorised if the above terms are met, authorised and items are fully inspected by our Returns Department.
In the unlikely event that the item/s are damaged in transit or faulty at the time of delivery, then please return it to us within 7 days of receipt.

Returns – Items not engraved
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from receiving the item and you must notify us within this 7 days of your intention to cancel – we will respond to your request.
Once you have notified us and received authorisation you must return the item to us within 7 days of the authorisation date. Please include a copy of the invoice and a quick note of the problem.
Goods MUST be returned in the original packaging complete, unused and AS NEW condition. (If you have opened the box to examine then it must be repackaged as received).
Returns of unwanted and non-faulty items must be organised at your own risk and expense
We are unable to accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty items after the 7 days.

Goods received back COMPLETE AS NEW, UNUSED and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING – you will receive a full refund minus any delivery charges and expenses

Goods NOT received back in a re-sellable condition – we cannot accept these items under the above terms and they will be sent back to you with the cost of delivery charged to the buyer.
