Manufacturers Description

The Selby bedroom furniture range is our budget range of cheap and modern furniture. This chest of 4 drawers is finished in a popular light beech veneer, with matching drawer runners and silver coloured handles. The Selby bedroom furniture range also offers bedside cabinets and 2 door wardrobes. This chest of drawers is supplied flat packed for home assembly.

Payment
All prices include VAT.
Our payment options are PayPal, personal cheque and cash on collection. We hope to have debit and credit card facility in the available in the near future. Please bear in mind personal cheques can take a little longer as we need to wait until the funds have cleared in our account before we dispatch the item and this usually takes five working days. The final option is cash on collection if you live locally or want to travel to our depot. You must call or email us first to let us know an indication on time and also to clarify which payment method you have chosen to avoid a wasted journey. If you would like to order an item to reserve it but pay at later date we can accommodate this but please call us or email us to let us know beforehand so we can reserve the stock for you.

Feedback
In the unlikely event of there being a problem with the item please contact me before leaving feedback as we will do our upmost to resolve any issues.

Returns
We offer a 7 day cancellation policy on all items unless otherwise stated. The item in question must be returned to us as new and in its original packaging. All return requests must be emailed to us within 7 working days and to aid us with our customer service we do ask for a reason if possible. If you have purchased flat packed furniture we cannot accept returns if the item has been assembled so please check all panels and contents before attempting to assemble the item. All goods that are returned to us will be checked on arrival to make sure they are as new, and only then will we process your full refund.

Damaged Items
Any damages or faults with any items need to be relayed to us within 3 working days of receipt of goods. Any noticeable damage caused by a courier should be refused on delivery therefore sent back to us by the courier or you will need to call or email us within 24hrs so we can arrange the courier to collect and have the damage assessed. Full refunds including postage costs will be refunded for any items damaged in transit or upon receipt. For items of low value it may be necessary to email us photographic evidence of damage should we decide returning the item is not cost effective.

Delivery

Next Day Delivery
We dispatch daily Monday to Friday from our Lancashire based warehouse. All our products unless otherwise stated are sent out by a national based UK courier on a next working day delivery service.

Royal Mail Standard Parcels
Lighter items generally less than 2kg in weight which includes clothes and some toys etc are sent out by Royal Mail 2nd class to keep the cost down for our customers. If you are purchasing an item which states this please allow between 3 and 5 working days. If you would like to receive your item quicker please ask when placing your order and we will be happy to help.

Non UK Mainland
Deliveries to the north of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and other offshore areas are available at an extra cost dependent on the weight. These deliveries are usually on a 48hr service, please email or call us and we will be happy to calculate the extra cost for your purchase.

Saturday Delivery
We are able to send items out for a Saturday delivery if you cannot accept a delivery in the week for example. This does incur an extra cost again dependant on the weight of the item you are buying, please contact us for further details.

Timed Delivery
As with all major couriers, although delivery is guaranteed next day it can be delivered anytime between 9am and 6pm although in most cases the mornings If you cannot or do not want to wait in all day for your item we can send your purchase out on a guaranteed delivery of either before 9.30am, 10.30am or Noon service. This is at an extra cost for further details please contact us and we will be happy to arrange this for you.

Collection
Collections from our warehouse are welcome but will need to be pre-arranged. It may be possible to collect on a weekend but again we will need to organise this in advance.
