We will only send replacement items once our shipper confirms the item is lost. This will be 14 days or more from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team via eBay or email us if your item is lost after the 14 day period. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our shipper, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.
