Returns accepted less delivery cost as long as the item is returned to us in original packaging and same condition as it left us.
The majority of our products are consistent with the images shown, however some items may have minor variations. These are not defects but are part of the manufacturing process and we therefore regret that complaints will not be accepted. Damages and discrepancies on delivery must be notified in writing either on the day by email to bistrofurnituredirect@gmail.com or by fax /letter with appropriate information and accompanied by a photo where appropriate within 7 days. Items returned immediately with the delivery carrier must be accompanied by a fully completed returns note, which is obtainable from our shop and must be signed by the driver and buyer.
If the buyer requires replacement goods whilst a claim is being inspected, the buyer shall purchase new goods then If Bistro Furniture Direct accepts the buyers claim for damages or discrepancies then the buyer shall receive a full or part credit note against the claim.
Faulty Goods
If the Customer discovers the Goods are faulty, then the Customer must notify Bistro Furniture Direct of the defect within 7 days of the date of delivery. Bistro Furniture Direct may inspect the Goods, either by asking the Customer to return the Goods to Bistro Furniture Direct or by sending a nominated person to inspect the Goods in the buyers’ possession to assess whether the Goods are faulty.
If Bistro Furniture Direct agrees with the Customer that the Goods are faulty, and that the fault was not caused by Customer neglect or misuse of the Goods, Bistro Furniture Direct, at the Customers choice, will replace, refund or repair (if possible) the faulty Goods at no cost to the Customer. Bistro Furniture Direct will refund any reasonable costs that the Customer may have incurred in returning the faulty Goods to Bistro Furniture Direct. Bistro Furniture Direct recommends that the Customer keep postal receipts for this purpose.
Incorrect Goods
If Bistro Furniture Direct sends the Customer incorrect Goods, the Customer must notify Bistro Furniture Direct as soon as the Customer discovers the mistake and within a reasonable period of time. Bistro Furniture Direct will either arrange for a Bistro Furniture Direct carrier to collect the Goods from the Customer or ask the Customer to return the Goods to Bistro Furniture Direct by a Courier Company and Bistro Furniture Direct will send the Customer the correct items as soon as possible after receipt of the returned Goods and reimburse the Customer carrier charge. Bistro Furniture Direct recommends that the Customer keep postal receipts for this purpose.
