Postage costs for a standard cake topper is £2.95
Pay only one lot of postage - other items bought within 7 consecutive days are free of charge, no matter how much you buy, but please please let me revise your invoice if it does not do it automatically, postage will not be refunded after payment.
(bigger items and decorations postage vary, but still have the free postage rule above)
There is a 14 working day wait for all items - no exceptions - unless agreed with me first.
If you need an item in a hurry contact me before buying to make sure i have the stock and time to make it for you, i usually can accomadate this.
There is a huge demand for my beautiful cake toppers and decorations, so please order in plenty of time for your celebration to avoid dissapointment.
All items are handcrafted for each and everyone of you, please allow 14 day for delivery.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email me with your problem and i will endeavor to sort it out immediately.
Returns: Please inform me if you would like to return an item for what ever reason, returns are only excepted within 10 day of receipt starting from 2 days after i post it out to you, as i only post out first class standard. The item must be unused in its original packaging, when i receive the returned item you will be receive a full refund of the topper value (Postage is not refundable)
