Postage and Delivery

All orders taken before 4pm Mon – Friday will be posted same day, after which will be next business day. All orders taken before 11am on Saturday will be posted same day after which any orders taken over the weekend will be posted on the Monday

UK – All items are posted First Class Post, Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% First class by the next day but could take a week to deliver – this is their system not ours

Airmail – This is package post across the globe and doesn’t come with tracking information.  Average delivery time is between 5-10 days but may get delayed by a few days through the various stops

International Signed For – This provides tracking information for your package with delivery taking between 5-10 days but may be delayed with the various stops to you

We combine postage to all orders - please ensure the items are ordered together or request an invoice if eBay doesn’t do this automatically

All items being sold are safe to travel through Destination Customs

Lost or Damage – If your item fails to arrive, or is damaged upon delivery please contact us as we are more than happy to correct or resolve any issues you may have

Unpaid Items

If an item is ordered but not paid for we will raise the question to either, cancel the order or pay for the item, 7 days after taking the initial order. If no response after 4 days from raising the question,  eBay will automatically cancel the order and refund the Final Value Fees we have been charged
