You must pay for your order using our online checkout. We cannot despatch goods until you have paid for them in full.

We accept payment by direct credit/debit card, paypal, cheque and bank transfer.

Shipping to mainland UK for this item is FREE, except for specialist courier deliveries to postcodes KW, IV, AB, PA, PH, DD, PL and TR.

For parcel deliveries please allow 2 - 3 working days. Our parcel courier is Parcelforce 48 and you will receive online tracking detail directly from them.

For specialist courier deliveries please allow 5 - 10 working days, dependant on your location. For specialist courier deliveries to Scotland, please allow up to 20 days.

There is no charge for collection from our Nuneaton warehouse during normal opening hours.

No delivery appointments can be made for despatches via parcel courier. For items delivered by specialist courier / our own vehicles, appointments will be made - Please ensure we have a contact telephone number at checkout as failure to supply will lead to a delay in your shipment.

Our delivery service is a "to your door" service. For customers living in apartments the service is to the block foyer area only. Drivers are not insured to carry items up stairs or in lifts of any kind.

You may return for exchange or refund any product you buy from us within 7 working days of receipt. To arrange a return/refund, please send an email to sales@quatropi.com and include your eBay item number and Order number, stating the reason for the return. Returned items remain your responsibility until we receive them and should be in the same condition as when they were supplied. You must take reasonable care of the goods. They must be unused (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine the goods), unassembled, in original condition and returned with the original product packaging. Unless goods are faulty, we will only refund your purchase price, excluding the original shipping cost. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If any goods you purchase on Quatropi are faulty or mis-described, we may offer an exchange or refund, as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. Please use our sales@quatropi.com email address and include your eBay Listing Number and/or order number, and a brief description of the damage/problem in your enquiry so one of our agents can promptly research your request with in 48 hours.
