You can return any product within fourteen days of purchase for a refund of the item purchase price. (Items being returned must be unopened and unused)
Where goods are not defective the costs of postage and packing are not refunded. The cost and risk of returning the item is the buyer’s responsibility.
In the event that your item has been damaged in the post, we offer a photo service to save time and cost on returning items. Please send photos of damages to firstname.lastname@example.org with a note explaining the damage and your username and we will do our upmost to resolve the problem in a short space of time

We hope the goods you order from us will arrive in good condition and be exactly what you expected and ordered. Simply return the items to us and once we have verified the fault, we will refund or replace the product by return, please quote your full item details and customer details. When sending returns we recommend you obtain a proof of posting receipt, if you do not and we fail to receive the item back we will not be in a position to replace or refund.
You have sent me the wrong Item, What should I do?
On the very rare occasion this should happen firstly contact us and explain what items have been sent out incorrectly. We will then identify what should have been sent and confirm this with you, we may ask for a picture of the item and arrange a replacement on receiving it, we may in some cases ask you to return the item, if we do please obtain a proof of posting receipt.
