This is my Fiat 900t classic camper van. Don't want to sell it but after lovingly using it for two years have bought a bigger motor home.
I bought it two years ago as a unfinished restoration project. It had been given a good quality respray all glass and fittings removed, the van only needed finishing off and an MOT, which it passed with no problems.
Since getting it on the road it has been fully serviced including plugs, plug leads, air filter, oil including gear box , flexible fuel pipes, coil and wiper blades.
I have also fitted new head lights, fuel sender unit, roof seal, drive belts, n/s/r wheel bearing, new 12v, and 240v inside lights.
The van is in very good condition for the age. Underneath there has been no welding and should not need any soon. It was undersealed from new, the pop up roof works fine with no leaks.
The van is two birth, when you rearrange the seating you have one big bed. There are two hammock type beds in the roof but they are small, I have removed one and use the other as storage when travelling (i have all the parts to reinstate if needed). The same applies to the fresh water tank which was removed to save weight (we use a large spring water bottle).
It has cupboards and gas grill and hob, this will need safety checking , but works fine. The sink works with the waste water going onto the ground (we use a washing up bowl to catch it).
We have used it many times, even going to Devon last year, always get admiring looks!!
It drives fine, will sit at 50 mph but please remember it's a 900cc thirty year old fiat.
It comes with original hand books, and bills going back to when new. I have also a sales brochure, Haynes manual and some spares including new hand brake cable, fuel pump and wheel cylinder, which will be included in the sale if the asking price is met. Otherwise sold seperately.
Bad bits - the o/s/r wheel arch and doors are showing signs or rust this dose not distract from the overall look, pulled threads on driver's seat and cabinet veneer worn in places. I am being over critical but want to be fair on the description, can send photos.
you are welcome to view in the evenings or weekend. Please ring on 0779 1045834.
The van is advertised elsewhere so reserve the right to remove from ebay
Cash on collection - bought as seen. No time wasters.
Thanks for looking
