Returns Policy

If the items you wish to return is supplied correctly however you do not want this product, then it may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date, however it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the return postage cost using a service that requires a signature upon delivery and credit will be issued for the cost of the goods only. A credit will not be issued for the postage & packaging fees originally applied when sending the goods to you.

If the items you wish to return are either faulty or are not the correct item, we will accept a return on this as long as it is within 7 days of purchase when you return. Due to these circumstances not being your fault, we will take responsibility for the return cost and either send out a fully functioning replacement or issue a refund including the initial postage cost, whichever you prefer.

We ask all items to be returned including a note detailing why this product has been returned, your eBay username and whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund. This speeds up the returns process as we can deal with the problem straight away, however not including a note will only hinder the returns process.
