"Beryl" our Original Cheltenham Caravan

We are selling our beautiful Beryl and hope she goes to a home that will love her as much as we have. The pictures speak for themselves, she has been lovingly restored and is in very good condition for her age. 

Specifications are as follows:

2 Berth - although we have converted so she can accommodate two adults and two (small) children. We have achieved this but adding a wooden extension that fits between the two bench beds and is then covered with cushions from seating area. 

Red & Cream Seating has recently been professionally upholstered with wipe clean hard wearing material and is in perfect condition (with extra cushions available) 

Internal Oak Woodwork has been polished and is in very good condition. 

She has just had a full respray and as a result her body work is in very good condition with no scratches of dings. 

A lovely new floor has recently been  professional fitted (in the last month) made of hard wearing "Marmoleum" and is in perfect condition.

All Windows have had new rubber seals fitted and she is totally leak free! (receipt available)

Two new Tryes have been fitted in the last 12 months (receipt available). I can also supply details of where spare wheels can be purchased. 
 
The rear kitchen still has the original oven which is in good working order with ample work surface space, a larder and sink. 

The Electrics are in good working order and have never let us down.   

Downside (and there's only one) - alhough she has recently been resprayed - there is a very small amount of flaking on the roof which we will attend to before she goes to her new home. We do feel that at some point the roof may need another coat, I have details of paint colour and manufacturer which I will pass on to buyer as this may be a job that you wish to undertake yourself.  

Sold with High Grade Platinum batterery purchased just over a year old - (recipt available £178.00)

We have spent over £3,000.00 restoring her in addition to the purchase price. 

Please note the Beryl+- is advertised elsewhere and we therefore reserve the right to with-draw her at any time. 

I will include in the sale all soft upholstery (curtains and cushions) - but please note other items such as enamelware are not included.

Please remember that although Berly is in fab condition for her age, she is over 50 years old and this should be taken into consideration when bidding.

P.S Have some lovely little bits to go with Beryl such as her original sales brochure with her purchase price of £550.00 in 1963!  There is also a wonderful Cheltenham Caravan Members Club - which is full of very friendly Cheltenham Caravan lovers - offering helpful advice (the details of which I will happily pass on to you).
