We have also added the facility to upgrade your postage to Courier (next working day delivery if placed before 12pm) if you wish. In the very unlikely situation of a delay we have to wait 15 working days (i.e. 3 weeks) before we are able to investigate missing parcels with Royal Mail. We always obtain a 'Proof of Posting' and we can't be held responsible for items that are lost once we have posted them.

In the meantime it is wise that you check with your local sorting office as the likelihood is the parcel is waiting for collection (gone are the days that the posties always leave a card!!).

If you wish to make a return, you can do so by sending us a message then sending the product in its original packaging along with your invoice within 15 days of the invoice date.

Always ask for a 'Proof of Posting' certificate as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost in transit.

If the item is faulty or incorrectly dispatched we will offer a refund for the product plus the cost of your return postage.
