We're positive you'll be all 'Dreamy' will HED Extensions however if there is anything you are not 100% happy with please contact us within 7 days once the item is received.
Of course we will exchange or refund your extensions as long as the item is returned. However, please ensure no part of the packaging is removed or damaged, the hair in the same condition as you have received them, the gold threads are still holding the hair together. Refunds are given less postage cost as standard refund policy unless the item is defective on receipt in which case we will refund you the postage cost. |
