Whilst we will do our best to ensure all customers are happy and to this end will endeavour to work with our customers to come to a reasonable agreement, our stated returns policy for legal reasons is that All defects, non-working items, goods damaged in transit and cancellation of sale must be communicated within 7 days of receiving the goods and the goods must be received by us within 14 days to qualify for a full refund. Additionally, all goods must be intact in its original packaging with all paperwork complete and must be in a resalable state (excluding goods damaged in transit, which may not be resalable, but must still be complete in original packaging with all paperwork). For goods which are not in a resalable state then an appropriate charge will be made for the decrease in value and these will be assessed on a case by case basis.
