Payment Methods Are
[1] Paypal. If you use e cheque it does take up to 10 days to clear!
[2] Cheques should be made payable to TZ Trading.
[3] Postal Order.
[4] Cash if you are collecting your auction Items.

If you choose to pay by cheque we will endeavour to dispatch the next working day after funds have cleared into our account

[5] Contract of Bidding If you bid for and win an item you are entering in to a legal and binding auction, if after you have won that item you will be expected to pay for it. Timewasters and non-communication after 7 days will be reported to Ebay and an unpaid dispute logged

Shipping

We aim to post all items within 2 working days not counting the day of purchase. We Post items daily Mon to Friday with a royal mail collection at 3pm. Items using couriers we dispatch Mon to Fri

Orders returned due to any of the following 'Not Called For, Addressee gone away, address incomplete, address inaccessible, addressee unknown, refused, no such address" by Royal Mail, The Customers will be required to fund re-posting of order. If the customer does not fund the return postage any refund of the item will be less the original postage/courier cost.

Please note the postage costs are not just to cover shipping.  It is also for the cost of administration, packaging and travel to and from the post office etc.

[1] THE SHIPPING QUOTED IS FOR THE UK ONLY Overseas costs are likely to be higher so ask for an estimate before bidding.
[2] Items are packed in suitable packaging and sent first or second-class, parcel post or Courier as appropriate. We will notify you on the day of despatch. Please remember weekends and Bank holidays when leaving feedback

[3] We will acknowledge receipt of full payment by the eBay?s payment notification email. Your goods will normally be dispatched within 2 working days, after cleared payment. Monday to Friday

[4]   Items very rarely go astray.  But if you are worried then use the recorded post option. 

[5] Do not sign for anything clearly damaged in transit as ok as you will not be able to claim compensation from the carrier for any damage.

LOST in Post
As far as royal mail is concerned items are not lost until 15 working days from posting 
I am Sorry it takes this long but I have no control of Royal Mail and sadly some items do get delayed or lost. The snow and holidays will not help this situation.

If you have not received your item 6 to 7 working days after receiving your posted email please send me a message via eBay. Before you do, they may not have been able to post it through your letterbox? Would they put it somewhere for you if you were not in? Please check with your local sorting office they don?t always leave cards?

Buyer to pay postage (same level as the item was sent) and to obtain and keep proof of return postage if unhappy with items Postage Costs or return costs are non-refundable under any circumstances. All Transportation costs relating to the return of goods is at the buyer?s expense. All return items must be in the original wrappings and unused, therefore we make special mention to be very careful when unwrapping the items to keep the wraps intact. Please keep hold of the original packaging that the item(s) were delivered in as you will need to return the item in the manner the item was received, this is essential to avoid damages on return and we must let you know at this stage that the responsibility for this is with you the buyer. This is put in place to allow you the consumer a closer inspection of the item first hand as you bought this item at a distance but also allows us the seller to be able to re sell the item as brand new. If the item is not resalable as new when returned we would not issue a refund. Returns Used Items listed as used are SOLD AS SEEN and there is no returns policy with used Items.
