1. Any purchases made through the Internet or over the telephone means that the buyer has read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. The buyer is responsible for knowledge of our Terms and Conditions before placing an order:
The price given for all goods on the Internet and in the showroom are correct on date of publication. However we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the price at any time without notice.

2. Measurements and Specifications:
All goods are warranted according to the normal limit of industrial quality and all specifications and measurements are subject to small variations and normal manufacturing tolerances. Photos on the Internet are for illustration only. The colours of the goods may slightly differ from illustrations due to different monitor resolutions.

3. Availability:
All goods are supplied by manufacturers. We shall be under no liability for not supplying goods ordered if supplies of such goods are not available, and will not be liable for any cost.

4. Cancellations:
Buyer's Cancellation Right: In the event of the buyer cancelling the order prior to shipping, the buyer has to inform us by written notice (ebay message, email or letter). After confirmation from us, the order shall be cancelled and a full refund shall be given. Orders accepted by us may not be cancelled under any circumstances without the prior written agreement from the buyer.
Seller's Cancellation Right: We have the right to cancel an order which has not been paid or fully paid within 5 days after the order has been made.
Once goods have been despatched, buyer cannot cancel the order. However the return policy is still applicable.

Next day delivery is available for goods that are held in stock, weighing less than 20kg and for ZONE A, only if the order has been made before 11 am. Posting by Royal Mail is excluded.

Goods that are 20 kg or more should be delivered within 3-5 working days after dispatch. We shall take responsibility for the dispatch time stated on the listing; however, we are not responsible for the delays caused by any couriers.

Delivery times and dates are given in good faith and all reasonable endeavours will be made to comply with them, but the dates and times are estimated only. The delivery terms and conditions of any contract are no guarantee, so we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from any delay in delivery.

Free Delivery is only available for deliveries to ZONE A.

All Jacuzzi baths shall take 10-15 working days to be made and delivered. They will be specifically made for your requirements, therefore are non-returnable or refundable.

All deliveries will be tried at least once. Any unsuccessful deliveries returned back to us due to your un-availability will result in the postage being charged again. In order to avoid this, please reply to the card that is left by the courier as soon as possible.

Please make sure that the goods received are complete and in perfect condition before you sign for the delivery. We will not be able to replace or take back any goods that have been signed for. We will not be held responsible for damage sustained by the courier.

Saturday delivery can be arranged. Please call our sales team on 0161 745 9167 to get a quote.

For big items, e.g. beds, mattresses, sofas, sofa beds etc. we are only responsible to deliver to your building, not to your room.

14 Days Return Right: Following the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept goods back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a full refund as long as you return your goods within 14 working days from the day after delivery. The return cost will not be reimbursed. The goods received by us must be in an unused, resalable condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with it.

2. Exceptions: Goods specially ordered, or cut to order, can not be returned.

3. We do not accept returns after 14 days from delivery.

You are strongly recommended to inspect your goods on delivery or soon after delivery. On discovering any perceivable damages of the goods, the buyer shall inform us by telephone, message or email within 2 working days after delivery and provide necessary evidence within 5 working days of the damage being discovered. Free replacement is available. Any defects or faults shown during usage shall be informed within 2 working days after shown. Any return cost will not be reimbursed.

Evidence submitted after the deadline may result in an unsuccessful claim.

We will not replace goods without proof of damage or fault. Photos will be required.

We shall not be liable for any claims made in respect of costs incurred by the buyer in fitting, installing, reinstalling or fixing the damaged or faulty goods. Our liability shall be limited to replacing damaged or faulty goods in accordance with the manufacturer's guarantee.

The free gift is not eligible for exchange, replacement or refund.

All our products come with at least 12 months warranty. Normal domestic usage will be covered by the warranty except consumable parts, e.g.: water seals, light bulbs, rollers, door catches, clips, switch's etc. Beds and mattresses come with a 3 year warranty.

Warranties will become void for all goods which in our reasonable opinion have been altered in any way, subjected to misuse or unauthorized repair, been improperly installed or connected or in respect of which any person (other than us) has failed to observe or perform any maintenance requirements or procedures. In addition, the warranty will not apply unless the buyer notifies us immediately of the defect or the suspected defect in any goods as soon as it comes to their knowledge or attention within the time limit specified (see section damaged and faulty). Belated notification may result in an unsuccessful warranty claim.
