In the event of a lost item a replacement will be sent as soon as the loss has been verified by the courier.

Faulty or damaged goods
You may return an item which has been recieved damaged or genuinely faulty for a replacement or refund. Before returning any item(s) please contact us.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. Once the item has been recieved and verified as faulty or damaged we will either replace or issue a refund, in this case we will also refund your returned postage.

Returns Accepted - 14 Days If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges.
