Normal eBay payment terms apply
If paying by cheque or postal\money order then please make
payable to Contagious Clubwear and send your payment
together with your name and address, order details and eBay

Shipping

Please allow 14 days for all UK deliveries although all
orders are sent out within 7days, if you need an item
quicker then please feel free to contact us and we will try
and arrange special delivery.
If you are an international customer then please allow up to
21 days for delivery, again if you need an item quicker then
please contact us.
We endeavour to get all items to you as soon as we can but
can not be held responsible for any delays in delivery
times.
Customers ordering from outside of the UK may be liable for
import taxes in accordance with the country of delivery.
Please note, all our orders are sent by recorded delivery
therefore we are not liable for any items lost or damaged in
transit by the post office. If this situation arises then
the customer is responsible for claiming back any refund
directly from the post office.

If the item that you are sent differs at all from the
photograph you will be informed prior to dispatch of any
goods.
We reserve the right to alter our Terms and Conditions
without prior notice.
We have a No-SPAM policy; all customer information will be
held with the utmost discretion and will not be distributed
to third parties.
We do, however, send e-mails to existing customers informing
them of any special offers or promotions we may be running.
All outfit designs, logos or graphics contained within this
site are protected by trademark; any unauthorised
reproduction will be dealt with accordingly.
Any contract entered into by Contagious Clubwear and any of
its customers shall be governed by English law under The
Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000 Act,
and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
English Courts.
By placing an order you are confirming that you have read
and understood these terms and conditions.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns
Goods returned for exchange or refund must in all respects
be in the condition you received them.
If you need to return any goods please place in original
packaging with labels attached and return within 7 days.
Please email to let us know and include your name, address,
contact number and eBay user ID
If posting goods, please keep proof of posting.
We reserve the right to inspect any returned goods for signs
of usage or wear and tear and refunds will be given at our
discretion.
Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on
over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse
returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been
done.
Please also note that returns on hosiery cannot be accepted
if the pack has been opened.
