Items not required
The current law states that consumers have 14 days in which to return items that are not required (Change of Mind) ExPro Products and eBay have voluntarily introduced an extended returns period for items not required to 30 days providing the items are returned undamaged, unused with the original retail packing in the same condition you were supplied the goods.
Faulty, Damaged or Not as ordered.
Some times items may arrive faulty, damaged or not as ordered. In this instance you have 30 days to return the item for replacement or refund - Your choice.
RTB (Return to Base) Warranty
After 30 days most items will be covered under a 12 month RTB warranty unless otherwise stated as longer in the individual product listing.
Within 30 working days from the date of receipt you should first request a returns number for authorisation, following this you will be required to return the goods at your own cost for items not required.... For Faulty, Damaged or Not as ordered freepost RMA would be issued.... For claims under the RTB (return to base) warranty you would pay for the item to return to us and will will pay for the repaired / replaced item to ship back to you.
We recommend using Recorded or Special delivery to ensure that your items are insured for delivery, we are not liable for any loss or failed delivery should the items not arrive. This does not apply to any Business to Business transaction where an item was sent to a business location using a business address - this will be classified as a b2b transaction, these items are covered by our usual warranty exchange policy only. Some items are non returnable, such as...
* Perishable goods or any item that deteriorates rapidly, such as food or fresh flowers;
* CDs, DVDs or other software where the seal on the wrapping has been broken;
* Custom-made or personalised goods;
