Although returns are accepted, the customer will need to arrange delivery of the springs to us and the return carriage will be non-refundable. Please contact us prior to returning any springs. All Non-warranty returns / failed deliveries will be subject to Pi's restocking charge of 15% and also the loss of £9.99 carriage which was built in to original purchase price. These charges will be deducted from refunds given.
