If you haven't been to the Central Park concert of the Dave Matthews Band in New York 2003, this is most likely the next best thing. And even if you are not particularly a DMB fan but merely enjoy listening to Live performances, you will definitely be pleased with this DVD. The sound quality is amazing and the cameras not only focus plenty on the band members, but also perfectly manage to capture the athmosphere during the concert. Watch out for an amazing guest performance of Warren Haynes during the songs "Cortez The Killer" and "Jimi Thing". The following songs were played during the concert: 01.) Don't drink the water 02.) So much to say 03.) Too much 04.) Granny 05.) Crush 06.) When the world ends 07.) Dancing nancies 08.) Warehouse 09.) Ants marching 10.) Rhyme and reason 11.) Two step 12.) Help myself 13.) Cortez, the killer 14.) Jimi thing 15.) What would you say 16.) Where are you going 17.) All along the watchtower 18.) Grey street 19.) What you are 20.) Stay (Wasting time) The behind the scenes material is limited, but the concert is the only thing you'll want to watch and listen to.Read full review
Dave Matthews is still almost unknown in the UK. It is difficult to understand why when you watch this dvd. Some of his songs are very powerful lyrically (Don't drink the water for example). The musicianship is superb throughout.
