It measures 76cm by 52 cm (30 x 20.5 inches) approx overall (including border).
This picture is little known outside of South Africa and these prints are very rarely seen for sale, making them a must for David Shepherd and railway enthusiasts alike. This print is in mint condition and has never been framed or displayed. This painting has been donated to Transnet Museum, Johannesburg, South Africa, in 1991 by David Shepherd following the gift of the locomotive to the artist. The Single Limited Edition of 1500 signed and numbered copies is published to raise funds exclusively for the preservation of Steam Traction within the republic.
This reproduction is one of a Single International Edition limited to 1500 copies signed by the artist'.
This print is not framed or mounted and will be posted rolled in a sturdy cardboard mailing tube.
