Always read through the description of the item you purchased fully before contacting us to make a return. Re-checking the details of an item can often clear up the need for a return. It is also advisable to check the terms and condition section that is available on the same page.
Unwanted items may be returned within seven working days though must be returned in the original condition they were in when received. This means that items that are supplied in a sealed package should be returned as such. Buyers who change their mind after purchasing a product will be accountable for all postage costs incurred. If the item is not as it was when received, or not in its sealed package, it is not acceptable as an unwanted return.
In the unfortunate circumstance of the item arriving faulty or damaged the buyer should inform us within seven days of receiving the item and the item should then be returned at the earliest opportunity. If we have not been informed of the fault within the first seven days there is no option to return the item after this stage. We do not class unsatisfactory paintwork on an item, or damage to the packaging as a fault. This is advised in the item description at the time of purchase when the terms of the sale were accepted. Please note, as we cover the initial cost of sending the item free of charge we do not offer to cover the return postage in addition to this.
We endeavour to keep all our listings free or errors and as accurate as possible, and to keep our shipments the same way, however, with thousands of items there is always a small possibility of an error. If the item is being returned due to an error in the listing or an error with the shipment that has been made on our part then we will take responsibility for any postage costs in rectifying the mistake within the UK.
