Our 24hr courier will attempt delivery twice, after this the parcel will be taken to their local depot and be held there for a short time for you to collect. For larger items, a specialised carrier will be used to ensure that items are delivered safely and securely. This may extend the estimated delivery time, but a member of the transport team will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
When purchasing an item from us it is important that someone is available to receive the delivery. If our courier fails to deliver having fulfilled their obligations, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case we will have to pass on the cost of re-delivery and associated administration fees to you.

Goods supplied to you by special order, that are not listed in our catalogue or website may not be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on delivery.
Goods which have been incorrectly ordered or are unsuitable will only be accepted for return with prior approval from Shop-Equip Ltd. Returned goods will only be accepted within 7 days of delivery, if they are correctly packed in the original packaging, with original manuals and have not been used. A restocking charge of 25% will be levied on all such goods.
