When will my item be despatched?
Orders received before 3:30pm will be despatched on the same working day. Items ordered after 3:30pm will be despatched the following working day . This applies to both Standard and Express Shipping items. For items ordered on a bank holiday, after 3:30pm on Friday and on a weekend , these items will be despatched on the next working day.
How much is delivery?
Delivery charges vary based on product shape, size, and despatch options. The shipping cost is shown during the checkout process under the shipping section during checkout. Please note, delivery costs are the same for orders to Northern Ireland and the channel Islands; Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the UK.
How long will it be until I receive my item?
- Delivery times within the UK for Standard Delivery are 7 working days from day of order via Royal Mail
- Delivery times within the UK for Express Shipping are 5 working days from day of order via DPD. In this instance you will be sent a tracking code which you can use online to follow the delivery of your order.

Can I track my order?
Only on items sent out on Express Shipping can be tracked . In this instance you will be sent a tracking code which you can use online to follow the delivery of your order. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service Team on the number above
What if I am not at home when you deliver?
Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. If you are not available to take receipt of the product either Royal Mail will take the item to your local sorting office for collection or our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on this card to collect your products.

How do I return an item?
Simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt and we will issue you a full refund including the original delivery charge. If an item is returned after the 7 days but within the 30day period, we will refund the item cost excluding the original delivery charge
What do I do for exchanges?
Simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. It is advisable that you return your product via a registered postal service as we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are lost in transit. Please note that buyers are responsible for their own postage and packing costs if they return an item that is not faulty or damaged in transit
The following conditions will also apply for refunds and exchanges:
- Any returned items will be inspected carefully before we can issue any credit. This policy ensures that all items returned are unused and still in perfect condition.
- If the item is damaged or lost after being in your care, your right to a money back guarantee is waived.
- Does not apply if the seal or plastic wrapping on vitamins or shakes is broken.
- Does not apply to 'hygiene' products that have been opened or used. Hygiene products include underwear personal beauty products and creams.
- Processing times for refunds can take up to 14 days to process.
- You must include your original imvoice in order for us to process your exchange/return.

I Received a faulty/incorrect Item

How Long Until I Receive my Refund
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment card or PayPal account. If you do not have the original payment card with you, our customer advisor will offer you an exchange or a refund.

2. Can I have an item delivered outside the UK? We currently only delivery to UK addresses when purchasing from our eBay Store.
3. Are items from your eBay Store new? All of the items purchased through our eBay store are new and dispatched from our main warehouse unless otherwise stated, such as Like New/Graded/Refurbished stock which will be clearly highlighted in the description
4. What payment methods do you accept on eBay? We accept PayPal for all items purchased on our eBay Store. We cannot accept cheques, bank transfers or cash .
