Post & Packaging
We want your Product to arrive in the condition it was described in, that means it has to be well-packaged and reasonably protected.
To ensure our items arrive as they should we use either City-Link courier services to offer a UK nationwide next business day delivery service or Royal Mail for smaller items.
Both require a signature to accept the item and both are delivered within the hours of 9am-5:30pm and you should ensure you are available to accept these items within those times and have supplied a suitable delivery address on eBay or PayPal to avoid delivery delays or items going missing
Working days DO NOT include Saturdays OR Sundays. Any item purchased on these days will not be processed until the next working day.
If the product fails, subject to reasonable use, has a stated warranty and the return is within the warranty period, then we will replace the product. We will pay for the re-shipment. The Buyer pays Return Postage back to base. If we can’t replace we offer a credit in full, excluding postage.
Purchase in error
If the Buyer has mistakenly purchased an item and wishes to return in good working order etc, then we will refund less re-stocking fees of a flat rate of 15% of the product price. The fee is to cover our costs only, not profit, and excludes carriage fees that must be paid regardless.
Distance Selling Regulations
The Distance Selling Regulations apply to items purchased via ‘Buy It Now’ listings and
’Second Chance Offers/Best Offers’ on eBay.co.uk. However, they don't apply to
auction format listings on eBay.co.uk.
To comply with these regulations we offer the customer a 7 working day 'cooling off'
period in which they can return the goods at their own expense for a full refund
excluding the original postage and packaging charges. This does not apply to certain
items including Software, Audio or Video Recordings, Blank Media, Ink Cartridges,
Batteries, Custom Made Items, Perishable items or Items sold as Faulty/Spares/ Repair or Untested.
Please before bidding read our ‘Returns Procedure’ at the foot of our listings - failure to do so or pleading ignorance will NOT be an acceptable excuse for argument to obtain a full refund, and we will NOT entertain comments on applying poor feedback if we do not offer a full refund. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Our Listings aim to be FULL, COMPLETE, OPEN, FRANK AND FAIR in the description of the items and products that we are selling.
If for any reason there is a material omission or incorrect description of the product then we will accept returns. However the return will only be offered after the item has been returned and evaluated by our management and a full refund will only be at the discretion of the management
