A. The best way is to remove the screen before purchase. The part number will

depot, so that you can contact them. Sometimes cards are not left by couriers.

Q. I can't find the screen that I require in your listings?
A. We cannot list every model so please contact us directly and we should have
it in stock. If on the rare occasion we don't, we will do our best find

Q. What happens if the goods are damaged in transit?
A. All of our products are dispatched in brand new, purpose made packaging and
damages are extremely rare. However we will replace any damaged products if the
damaged item is reported to us on delivery (within 24 hrs of receipt). We

Q. I've heard that there are some problems with Dell screens not working?
A. Dell screens are different to normal panels. DO NOT order your Dell screen
by part number. Even the exact part number will normally not work. Search our
shop for your laptop model and purchase that way. This way we can be sure to
