This Dell Streak form fit case FA211 is made from durable Polyurethane to provide excellent protection. The hinged section allows for home docking whilst the case provides access to volume, 3.5mm and camera and speaker opening. Also included is a screen protector.

A direct payment into our bank and PayPal are the payment options we prefer (details provided at the end of the auction). Cheques are also acceptable, however you will have to wait for your cheque to clear before an item can be posted to you.

In order to maximise flexibility not all items that we sell are stocked by us. As a result our dispatch times may vary from one to seven days. Also to ensure a smooth purchasing experience everything we ship requires signing on delivery

1. An item that is 'dead on arrival' must be notified to us via email within 30 days of receipt of the item, for the item to be replaced.

2. In the event of the buyer wishing to return an item to us, postage costs are born by the sender and Returns Authorisation must have been granted in writing or by email. The process will usually involve the buyer contacting the manufacturer of the product, it is therefore the buyers responsibility to register the product with the manufacturer on purchase.

3. We do not accept liability for any return costs or responsibility for returns that are lost in transit. You should ensure that the item is adequately packaged for return and insured. Items that are damaged in transit to us are not our responsibility so please insure the item. We highly recommended using the Royal Mail's special delivery service.

4. The covering warranty is from date of purchase and is from the manufacturer, this does not include consumable items such as ink, batteries etc... The warranty will be limited to the warranty conditions of the manufacturer.

5. All items purchased are used at your own risk and we reserve the right to amend or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

6. We do not own eBay, PayPal, Royal Mail or any other delivery contractor and have no control over their actions, we cannot be held responsible for your accounts held with them and you should contact each one directly for assistance.

1. Items are usually despatched within 12-48 hours.  Some more expensive Items will be posted within 7-14 working days of payment clearance, In these instances payment by means of a bank transfer will significantly speed up the process.
1(a) For peace of mind, we now only guarantee acceptance of PayPal from verified accounts with confirmed addresses.

2. Payment must be received within 3 days of either the auction ending or ‘Buy It Now’ purchase date, if no payment is received, it will be re-listed for other buyers,  we reserve the right to void the transaction. 

2(a). For personal collections only cash, counter payments and bank transfers are accepted.
3. If payment is not received within 5 days the item may be re-listed. We will automatically invoice non-payers 10% of final Value price as cancellation fee. Failure to abide by these term may result in negative feedback for the buyer. 

4. We ensure that all the information on our products is up to date and as accurate as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for the manufacturer changing it's specifications from those in an auction.

5. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the item is suitable for their needs before purchasing it, if in any doubt please contact us before you place a bid or 'Buy it Now'.
