Returns & Refund Policy
ReturnsIf you wish to return an item bought on Ebay please make a return request within 14 days of purchase, the returnd item must be received by us within 30 days.If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Auction items, Sale items,cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods,or any item that has been personalised for you by us.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Lingerie/Underwear/Facial & Body hair/Wigs, and Some health and personal care items
Item Shortage/Error procedure
Our aim is to send you an error and damage free order, if this is not the case please follow these guidelines. Please Check your order upon receipt, any errors not reported within 14 days of receipt cannot be rectified.
An item error can occur if the correct item is on your order invoice/check sheet but we have sent you an incorrect item.
E.g. FBWH is on your order but you have received FBBK

We will dispatch the correct item to you ASAP.
Item missing from order
If an item is on your order invoice/check sheet but seems to be missing form your order.
Check all Packaging as small items can get stuck in box flaps etc.
If you cannot find the item please contact us as above we will ask various questions so please have your invoice to hand when contacting us
We will need your order number, Name and Postcode, item ordered, quantity and the packing person’s initials, if possible.
Should an item arrive damaged Please contact as above.
Photographic evidence may be requested.
We will endeavour to dispatch a replacement to you ASAP or a full or partial credit will be issued depending on the nature of the damage.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any items with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we
Have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Auction items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Auction items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
