We buy our goods through authorized dealers and distributors around the world, as well as other legitimate established lines of distribution within the electronics industry. We work very hard to buy them at the lowest possible cost. The result: you get the products you want at exceptional prices.

We do not believe in selling any product, knowing that it may be defective. Selling anything but the highest in quality electronics will only inconvenience both our customers and us. We look forward to making your online experience as pleasant as possible

Payment

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal you can also pay by cheque and postal order

PayPal - We prefer payment by verified PayPal accounts with a confirmed address.

Cheque - Cheques must be from a UK bank in Pounds Sterling It is a good idea to put the item number you have bought and your address on the back of the cheque - lots of people forget!. Cheque payments will require a 7 day clearing period although smaller payments from ebayers with a good standing maybe despatched straight away at our own discretion. Please contact us before paying by cheque.

Postal Order -We accept British Postal Orders in Pounds Sterling. Please ensure you enclose a note with the item number you have bought or a print of the item page - Also don't forget to give us your address! - lots of people forget!! Please contact us before paying by cheque.

Payment should be made in full within 3 days of purchase.

Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date). Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched to you within 1 working day.

Non Payment

Please be certain you want/ can pay for the item before you commit to buy. As soon as you commit to buy then eBay charges the seller a commission, if you then fail to pay we still have to pay the commission AND a relisting fee.

If a buyer fails to pay within 3 days they will receive a payment reminder sent via eBay and if there is still no response a non paying bidder alert will be filed with eBay and a strike will be set against your account. Three strikes and eBay will suspend the bidder indefinitely

Shipping

We try and ship everything out to you as soon as possible and as soon as payment has been cleared. All items we list on eBay are in stock at our warehouse. We use bubble post bags or suitable mail bags for protection on all items.

If you place an order before 3 PM, Monday-Friday we normally ship the same day. If you place an order during weekend or holiday period we will ship the next working day. The shipment to UK addresses usually takes 1-3 working days. Please note: Royal Mail can sometimes take up to 7 working days to deliver the item within so please wait 7 working days from the date of purchase before contacting us.

International shipping:

International delivery usually takes 7-14 working days. Orders are normally shipped via Royal Mail.

Upon shipping we supply an email confirmation through eBay. This is emailed to you directly via Pay Pal, if for any reason you do not get this email, this information is freely available to you when you sign in to your Pay Pal account. Please note that Royal Mail do not supply detailed tracking information telling you where your item is, they just confirm delivery of your item & the signatory

Warranty

Most items come with a 12 MONTH RTB WARRANTY (unless otherwise noted ) covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.

If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay.
Satisfied or your money back Dorset Digitall allows you 14 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of retraction starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product within this time period at your own expense accompanied by your invoice.

The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.

Returns

We adhere to the Distance Selling regulations which are as follows. If an item is received damaged please contact us by email and advise the damage. We may ask you to either return the item for a replacement in which case you will be re-imbursed for the return postage cost, or ask you to provide a photograph of the damage via email. Once we have inspected the item a replacement will be sent to you at no cost to yourself.

If you change your mind, or the product is not suitable then you can return the item for a refund within 14 days, however you will be responsible for the costs involved in returning the item to us in good condition. This option is not available for certain items where an item cannot be re-sold as new - please contact us prior to returning an item to confirm it is acceptable Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We answer all messages within 24hr (Monday to Friday).
We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return otherwise the refund will be delayed.

Disclaimer:

When you sending back item for replace, repair or Refund we will not be responsible if the goods does not reach us. Note: Keep safe proof of your posting in case your goods goes missing you should be able to make claim against it. Please check with currier company for claims. Any returned items that have any signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.

1. Our products and prices are subject to change. Promotional prices/offers only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Whilst we try to ensure that prices are accurate at all times, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel.

2. All goods and services are subject to availability. Any product stock or availability information supplied is an estimate only. If on receipt of your order the goods are not available in stock we will notify you, and offer to refund you for any sum that has been paid by you, or allow you to wait until available in stock.

3. Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us and your order is only accepted once we despatch. When processing your order, the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks. Payment shall be due before the order is processed for despatch. Payment shall be a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle 'us' to terminate the contract immediately.

4. We can only deliver to PayPal & eBay confirmed billing addresses. We are not able to amend a delivery address after an order has been placed. 

5. The address we deliver to will be the address that is registered on your account when you click the 'Buy It Now' icon. Amending your address after you have selected to buy the item or sending a message through PayPal requesting we amend the delivery address will have NO effect on the address we deliver to. 

6. If your item is not paid for immediately there may be a delay of up to 3 working days for your order to be despatched.

7. Orders placed over a weekend will be processed the following working day. 

8. Please be aware that, at times, Royal Mail may experience delays in delivering your order. As such we would request that you allow 5 working days for this to arrive before contacting us. If an item is ordered for delivery outside of the UK please allow 10 working days before contacting us should the item not arrive.

Our liability for any injury (other than death or personal injury), damage or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of any goods purchased via this site, or from the transaction itself, are hereby excluded. Any injury, damage or loss arising directly from the negligence of DorsetDigitall will be limited to a refund of the value of the goods purchased, together with any delivery charges paid.
