Returns/Cancellation Policy We are certain you’ll be stoked with whatever product you buy, but for your piece of mind you can cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund or exchange: * The customer then has a further 7 working days to send the goods back to us. * Customers are liable to pay the full postage costs to send any goods back, unless the product received initially is faulty or the product(s) incorrectly sent by Sid's Surf Shack: * In these circumstances Sid's Surf Shack will pay for the postage. * To return goods, please contact Sid's Surf Shack Returns by e-mail on info@sidssurfshack.co.uk or by phone on 0191 232 8028. Please state your invoice or order number, and the full description of the goods returned and we will issue you with a returns number. * All goods returned must have a valid returns number and this must be displayed clearly on the package returned or they cannot be accepted. * Goods returned must be in their original condition, with any tags still attached and original packaging and be re-saleable. * We cannot accept goods for refund or exchange that have been returned unsealed such as CD’s, magazines and DVD’s or perishable products.
