DESPATCH TIMES & PAYMENT METHOD
Our Service Level For Goods paid for by Paypal or Credit Card is normally despatch within 2 working days (Excludes Weekends & Holidays).
We Do however Keep Good Stock Levels and often carry out same day despatch (check our feedback).
UK Customers Please contact us if you have not received your part within 4 days so we can investigate any problems. For Export Customers we will advise you of expected delivery times dependent on method and region.
Paypal payment is the preferred and easiest payment method. The Ebay System does not currently manage payment by Credit Card directly, only Paypal.

Please note although we can accept Cheque Payments ( Cheques Payable to : Shop 4 Autoparts ) this causes a large delay in despatch time, as much as 10 days allowing for weekends and post.
POST & PACKING
Depending on weight, for certain items there may be an additional charge for carriage to send to some regions of the UK. These would be items where due to weight or value carriage method is different to Royal Mail.
Where a postage price is shown it is inclusive of delivery mainland UK except Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands. Contact us for additional carriage charge details - we will need your post code.
For Heavier Items, normally over 2kg's we will need a telephone contact number since these items are sent by carrier. The carrier will require a telephone contact number in case of delivery problems.
Postal/Carriage Charges - Whilst we want to keep these to a minimum we have to strike a balance between cost and protection. We do our best to ensure parcels are sent out securely packed and parts protected against damage in transit.

For returns please
note items can be accepted for return within 14 days but note the
following conditions for items supplied correct to order:-
1) Buyer is responsible for return in suitable packaging at their cost.
2) A 15% restocking fee is charged (up to a maximum limit of £5)
3) Please advise us by email of return so we can monitor receipt and credit for you.
note that parts must be returned in brand new condition and in the
original packaging as received. When returning please inlcude details of
your original order or Invoice number and the reason for return.

goods found to be faulty goods are accepted within 12 months of
purchase. If returning a faulty item please contact us with details
