THE COURIER CHARGE QUOTED IS FOR MAINLAND ENGLAND AND WALES. FOR SCOTLAND, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PAYMENT AS SOME AREAS INCURE A HIGHER CARRIAGE CHARGE. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN IRELAND AND THE ISLE OF WIGHT.

Postage and packaging. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of purchase and payment and in most cases we use a next day 24hr delivery service. A tracking number can be obtained on request. Small items will be sent out by first class recorded delivery with Royal Mail.

Goods will only be sent to a CONFIRMED address if paying by pay-pal. Please make sure you have the delivery address correct on your pay-pal account. Payment by debit or credit card, the delivery will be sent to the registered card address only.

Please check goods before signing for damage. We cannot be held responsible if courier service has damaged goods and it has been signed for. Please allow a bit longer around Bank holidays or if the weather is very bad.

Collection. Item can be picked up from our workshop/ shop please call to arrange. We are based south of Dorking at Capel.

Contacting us. Best to call us on 01306 711687 mon-fri 8.30 to 5.30 sat 9.30 to 1.00 please leave a message if we do not pick up as its hard to get to if we are busy in the shop serving.

Payment. We would like to be paid within 5 days. we accept paypal, most credit cards, cash on collection or cheque (please allow approx 10 days to clear unless its a bankers draft.

Multiple items. We can combine postage and packaging charges. Depending on size and weight. Normally we charge  £10 up to 15kgs. If not sure please wait until we invoice you.

Feedback. When you receive your item and all is ok please leave positive feedback and we will do the same for you. If you are not happy please contact us first so we can resolve the problem best to call us on 01306 711687 please leave message if we do not pick up. 

Returns. We accept returns up to 7 days after purchase but they have to be returned in original packaging with no damage (no grubby finger prints unused). Once returned, a refund will be issued. Postage will sadly not be refunded unless faulty.

Warranty. All new parts come with warranty unless they are clearance stock. Some items may need to be registered online. please retain receipt as this is your guarantee for goods
