Free DeliveryAt Cloud Nine we try to make the delivery process as smooth as possible to make your lives easier.
Free Next Day deliveries will take place between 8am and 6pm on the next working day from point of order and payment (if ordered before 1pm) If ordered over the weekend please allow for a Tuesday delivery. Saturday deliveries can be arranged this needs to be selected at the point of ordering. Saturday deliveries incur an extra charge of £30 and take place between 8am and 12pm.
Unfortunately we are UNABLE to give more specific time slots until 2pm - call 0845 388 0934 for an update after 2pm on the day of delivery.
Please ensure someone is home to take the delivery or provide us with specific delivery instructions at the time of ordering (example: Please deliver to my neighbour at no. 30). Please note the courier drivers are not insured to carry items upstairs/into a property. It is recommended not to dispose of your old bed in advance of delivery to safeguard against unexpected issues. If you are out on your selected delivery date we reserve the right to charge £5 for the failed delivery.
Ensure your address details are correct at the time of ordering to avoid items being shipped to the incorrect addresses. We cannot be held responsible if you have purchased an item and given us the incorrect delivery address. If you have provided us with an incorrect address and the delivery has been sent but not yet delivered, we can arrange to re route the item but this will incur an additional charge of £5 and may delay the delivery date.
We will endeavour to meet our quoted delivery dates, however please be aware occasional delays beyond our control can delay deliveries i.e. weather, traffic, etc.. If such delays occur we will contact you as soon as is possible to advise of the likely delivery timescale.

Here at Cloud Nine we hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. This is why we can confidently offer you 7 working days, starting from the day after you receive your delivery, in which you can cancel your order should you not be completely satisfied.
We can only accept products for return with their original packaging in the condition they were delivered.
Please Note: Unwanted orders will be collected subject to a £30 charge (to cover the carrier's charges), this does not apply to products which are faulty - these will be collected/replaced free of charge.
In the unlikely event of your item(s) being delivered in a damaged condition please contact us by email or on the telephone to advise of the damage and where possible quote part numbers from the instructions. The more info you supply us with the quicker we will be able to rectify the issue.

Flat packed furniture
As with nearly all furniture retailers we are unable to accept flat packed furniture that has been erected or semi-erected.
