UK stock is delivered within 1-2 working days if sent by Royal Mail, however please allow 5 clear working days for delivery, Items sent by Courier if ordered and Paid for before 1pm will arrive next working day. Sometimes problems can occur which are out of our control due to third parties & cannot be held responsible for any delay outside of our control.
Items sent to non-mainland destinations will take longer, also there is normally additional shipping to pay which we will ask you to pay.

We will deliver overseas but only to the card holders billing address. Destinations such as Malta & other Islands will need to be calculated. Items from our German warehouses will take 3-7 working days.
|Under the EC Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days commencing the day after the date that the items were delivered. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, nor will you have to pay any penalty. However we reserve the right not to refund the cost of shipping either paid for or free (we will deduct the amount it cost us to subsidise the free shipping)
To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on a piece of paper with your order details (a printout of an email will suffice). Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice. We request that you email us at email@example.com to tell us that you are returning goods before you send them. 24 hours' advance warning is required for returns or your return will be refused at delivery. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.
When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item less any shipping charge.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
All items stocked and sold by us come with a 12 month manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise.

Any items that are returned for refund within 14 days after your initial 7day cooling off period will incur a 20% restocking charge. If we have not been notified within your cooling off period that you wish to return the product to us.
Any items returned for testing that are found to be in good working order, the customer will be liable for the cost of all postage incurred to return the item back to yourself.
