I bought this for my daughter. It has all the basics plus some really great recipes. I’ve got the older version which I often refer to. The recipes are easy to double up or half. It’s an essential book in any cookery book collection. The recipes are easy to understand. I honestly can’t rate it high enough. I’ve got 97 cookery books. If I had to get rid of them and could only keep 1 then it would be this 1. Suitable for any age.
