Returns, Delivery, Refunds and Sales Policy

Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item.
All products returned to us must be in the same condition as received and be in the item's original (unopened) packaging and include all original parts.
If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please contact us via our eBay email within 14 days after receiving the item to arrange a return and refund.
For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
Faulty items will be exchanged if possible or refunded if no exchange item is available once returned. We will either arrange a collection of the faulty item and re-delivery at no extra cost or reimburse the return postage costs where agreed.
WE OFFER FREE POSTAGE TO MAINLAND BRITAIN ONLY. FOR ANY OTHER LOCATIONS (SUCH AS THE HIGHLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND, REPUBLIC OF IRELAND OR CHANNEL ISLANDS) PLEASE EMAIL US FOR A POSTAGE QUOTE BEFORE PURCHASING.
We use 2 methods of delivery: Royal Mail 2nd class post and UKMail Couriers on a 48 hour delivery service. You can see which delivery service we will use for your particular item on its listing page.
We send smaller, lower value items via Royal Mail 2nd Class which can take up to 5 working days from the date of posting. We send these items out Monday to Friday. Any orders from Saturday and Sunday will be posted on Monday.
Larger, higher value items are sent through UKMail. These take up to 2 working days for delivery and will need to be signed for. They will attempt 2 deliveries before returning the package to us. We endeavour to send items the same day which have been ordered and paid for before 3pm on a Monday to Friday.
If your item fails to reach you in the specified time frame for that delivery method then please don't hesitate to contact us via our shop email or phone and we will do our absolute best to sort it for you as soon as possible.
We use an automated eBay feedback response system, which will leave positive feedback once you have paid. If you are happy with the product and service, please leave positive feedback for us in return.
If you are unhappy with the transaction or product for any reason, please contact us first to let us attempt to resolve it as we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you do leave negative or neutral feedback before contacting us, you waive your rights for support regarding any problems with us, our products or service.
Please avoid leaving negative feedback remarks, contact us first if you have any problems. We can’t help if we don’t know about it!
If you need to reach us you should use the eBay email messaging for our shop. If we need to contact you we will use your phone number if you have registered one on eBay, or we will contact you through your eBay registered e-mail address. We try to respond to all messages within 1 working day.

If you do not receive a reply to your email within 2 working days, it means that we have not received your email or our reply has been filtered out by your spam filters.
