If a manufacturing or material defect occurs after 30 days from consumer sale, the claim will be handled by the manufacturer. To implement the manufacturers guarantee, all products must be registered online within 30 days of purchase and proof of purchase retained. Direct your customer to the relevant manufacturers website (www.silverlinetools.com / www.toninolamborghinitools.com / www.tritontools.com etc.) where they should lodge their guarantee claim.

We recommend you attach the consumers receipt to one of these notes whenever a purchase is made. Upon inspection, should the fault be confirmed as being caused by a manufacturing or material defect, the manufacturer will repair and return the product free of charge to the consumer directly.

Return policy details
Goods which have been purchased incorrectly must be returned to us within 7 working days of receipt & must be returned in it original packaging & unused. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods & once inspected a refund for the goods will be issued. Original carriage charges will not be refunded in this instance. Goods which are under warranty can also be returned to us during the warranty period. A full refund or replacement (if availalble) will be issued for goods that are returned within 7 working days. After this period we will repair the goods if possible or provide a replacement if not. If the customer is unable to return the goods we will inform you of your nearest warranty agent (powertools only). The cost of the warranty return is again at the cost of the buyer and to send the item back & refunds for the original carriage will not be given.
