As expected, this is another brilliant workout DVD from the lovely Davina. She always makes it fun whilst putting you through your paces. They only reason I didn't give this 5 stars was because there was not as much use of weights as in her previous workouts with Jackie and Mark, and I missed that aspect. Apart from that, a great purchase.
