Incorrectly purchased goods must be returned to us within 7 working days of receipt must be returned in it original packaging ,unused and with the invoiced returned with it. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods & once inspected a refund for the goods will be issued. Carriage charges will not be refunded if the item has free postage it is not free it will be built into the price so we will refund less the shipping cost's. Goods which are under warranty can also be returned to us during the warranty period at the buyers cost contact us on 01492 531999 before returning to us sometimes it quicker to return direct to the manufacturer no warranty will be excepted with no receipt/invoice.
