SHIPPING POLICY

Most of our items ship the same day!  There are some items that do take time for special orders like some fly lights, foggers and animal traps.   If you are ordering a time sensitive item and need to know the exact ship date then please contact us at epestsolutions.

We do our best to find the best and most rapid shipping method for our customers.  Free shipping items in most cases will ship UPS ground, and come with automatic insurance for the cost of the item.  All other items you can select the best method that works for you, but remember that UPS shipments come with insurance included and USPS does not have insurance included.

If the shipping charges seem excessive, please email us and we can try and locate the best price to offer you.  In some cases the shipping calculator may be off and overcharging you and we can help adjust the cost.  We do not charge a low fee for items and then charge you a huge amount of fees for shipping.

International Orders

We do ship non aerosol items worldwide.  Most items are best shipped www.usps.com priority mail.  When shipping to Canada items can be shipped UPS global. 

Typically international orders take 4 to 7 days to arrive, customs can delay a package.  We will send our customers customs tags so that Priority mail items can be tracked once they leave the United States.

We do not and cannot refund shipping cost on items that are returned do to custom refusal, we do try to contact buyers and let you know if a certain item has been having a high rejection rate.  If the item is returned back to epestsolutions we will refund item cost minus any fees that have been incurred.

Returns Policy

We do accept returns on un-opened items, sorry we cannot accept items that have been partially used or opened.  Please note we do not refund shipping charges and there is typically a 15% restocking fee with returned items.  We must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of item and return authorization must be granted prior to return.  In the case that authorization is not authorized prior to receipt of return we reserve the right to not refund item cost.

We have corrected all shipping errors and corrected orders or reshipped damaged items.  In the event that an item is damaged on delivery please contact us immediately so that we can help file a claim with UPS.
