How do I add an upgrade to my computer?

The upgrades need to be purchased in a separate transaction from the computer, this will mean that you need to pay for each upgrade and the computer separately. We will then consolidate your order so the upgrades are installed before you receive it.

Delivery/Collections

Collection in person is available by appointment only.

Delivery is 24 hour, and we state 1-3 working days despatch. The majority of our items are send the next working day unless we get very busy.

If you are not in at the time of delivery, Parcelforce will try again, after this they will leave a card asking you to call and arrange delivery. Please ensure your postcode and address are correct as this could delay your order. It is the responsibility of the buyer to liaise with Parcelforce.

If you would like to track your parcel, please contact us and we will send you the tracking number which can be checked online on the Parcelforce website.
We charge an additional surcharge per parcel for delivery to the following locations:

Highlands & Islands
Northern Ireland
Isle of Man
Isle of White
Isles of Scilly
Channel Islands

Please select "other courier" at the checkout stage of transaction.
International customers are responsible for any customs charges applied. The dispatch time is 3 working days and delivery takes between 4-6 working days depending on location. Items will be sent by recorded delivery.

Returns/Warranty

All our items come with a 7 day money back guarantee. Items must be returned to us in original condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning it, and the original delivery charge will not be refunded.

Warranty does not include software problems, including damage by viruses or the operating system failing. In cases of software problems arising we will do our best to help you but will not be responsible for repairing the machine as the warranty does not cover this.

If you receive a faulty item please contact us as soon as the fault occurs and we will try to assist you over the phone. If the problem cannot be resolved and the computer is still within the first month of the warranty we will collect the computer from you and send it back free of charge.

If the fault occurs in the second or third month the customer is responsible for the cost of collection and redelivery, this is £15, and can be paid directly to paypal, the repair will be free of charge.

After three months we will do our best to help you over the phone but any repairs that need to be done would be chargeable, the cost varies depending on the fault but our charges are very reasonable.
