Returns policy

Return policy details
All of our products are sold with a 90 day return-to-base warranty. Please contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending goods back. Returns sent back without such a number will be rejected; this will delay the returns process. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the goods to the Companies premises. Dellspares shall not accept charges for shipping costs incurred by the customer. If the buyer appropriately rejects any of the goods in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (within seven working days in writing to Dellspares we shall accept the goods back,) the buyer shall still nonetheless be responsible for the return cost of the goods. Non-faulty items returned to our premises must be “as new” and in a fully resellable condition complete in undamaged original packaging. If these conditions are met, a refund will be given. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed. Products must be returned within the warranty period. If the product is not returned within 28 days or the warranty period, the RMA number will be cancelled.
