When will I receive my laptop?
We normally dispatch orders within 2 working days of cleared payment, although during busy periods, it may take up to 3 working days.
Can I return it if i'm unhappy with it?
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee, excluding any postage costs. A 10% restocking fee will be incured for unwanted items or items returned in non-original condition.
How many scratches will my laptop have?

Unfortunately due to numerous issues with international shipping, we are only offering UK delivery.
What does a Tested & Working battery mean?
A Tested & Working battery is guaranteed to work for a minimum of 10 minutes on arrival, however, in most cases batteries do last longer than this. We cannot give the exact lenght of time your battery will last and batteries are only guaranteed to work on arrival, not the entirety of the warranty.
Why is postage £25 (NI & ROI)?
Delivery to NI & ROI is not classed as a standard route by our courier, this is the reason for the additional cost. Deliveries can take an extra 3 days to arrive. The delivery of your item is insured because of the nature of the item purchased. However, your postage fees also cover the cost of the box, bubble wrap, and tape that your item comes in.
How long do I have to pay for my item I have won?
Although we prefer our customers to pay instantly, we do allow 7 days maximum for payment. If payment has not been made within 7 days, an item dispute will be raised and the transaction will be cancelled. At this point the item will be re-listed. Only in special circumstances will you be able to re-purchase your unit.
If my laptop turns faulty and is under warranty, can I get it repaired myself?
If your laptop is under warranty, it has to come back to us to be looked at, repaired/replaced or refunded, if you take it upon yourself to repair it, we will not cover any costs incurred as the warranty is with us.
If I need a replacement part instead of a replacement unit what do I do?
We will more than happily send replacement parts to you to save having to send the unit back for repair, however we will only do so upon receipt of the faulty part. (Buyer responsible for return postage fees of faulty part under RTB warranty agreement.)
Is the picture shown the laptop I will receive?
Unfortunately, due to the sheer volume of laptops we ship, it is impossible to photograph every single laptop. The photo is a near match to the laptop for sale.
Will the laptop I receive have a UK Keyboard?
In most cases, laptop keyboards will be UK layout unless otherwise stated. In very rare cases, we do sometimes send US keyboards or keyboards with UK overlays to cover non-UK keys
Will my laptop be Wireless Enabled?
Each laptop listing contains this information. Unless stated in the listing, we cannot guarantee the wireless will be installed internally or externally.
