Postage / Delivery
All items will be packaged to reduce the risk of damage and dispatched to you within five days of cleared payment. We do not personally deliver any items.
Small, Medium size items will be sent by ParcelForce.
Larger/Heavy items should be collected.
If the address is outside mainland UK a larger postage fee will apply
If you cannot collect a large item, we can palletise it for you, ready for collection by your courier: however we will not be held responsible for goods once they have left our premises. We make an additional charge for this service to cover cost of the pallet and wrapping materials. You will need to be able to remove the item from the back of the delivery vehicle. If, having arranged your own courier, the delivery fails because a palletised delivery could not be accepted, you will be responsible for any subsequent haulage charges howsoever incurred, including return of the item to us - items returned to us will incur a restocking fee.
All items can be collected, we are open Monday to Friday 8:30 – 16:00. Please give at least 2 hours’ notice so that we have the item ready for you to collect.
We are a WEEE recycling company, so everything that we sell has been tested, data wiped and is in a condition as described above. All items are sold as seen, however if it states the item is in full working order it will have a 30- day warranty. If it has a fault within the warranty period, you are required to post the item back to us, at your expense, for the item to be tested by us and we will do one of the following:
1) Fix the item and deliver it back to you.
2) If the item cannot be fixed we will replace it with a matching item or equivalent which will be agreed by both parties and we will deliver the item back to you.
3) If no agreement for replacement can be found the cost of the item will be refunded, less the initial postage cost.
If returned items are found not to be faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of delivery back yourselves.
7 Day Return Policy
If you decide you just don’t want the item you have bought from us any more, we are happy to accept its return within 7 days from the date of dispatch. However, it will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the value of the item, we will not refund the cost of postage and you will be responsible for returning the item in the same condition it was sent to you in. We do not accept returns for toner.
