Does the price £110.000 include all of the land – yes
it does. We are happy to negotiate a lower price if not all the land is
included in the sale.
Where exactly is the house situated - It
is on the western outskirts of the village of Langourla, well known for its annual Jazz festival held
at the unique theatre created from a dis-used quarry, beautiful lake and
picturesque town centre. Large supermarkets are situated at nearby Broons and Merdrignac.
Can it be bought through an Agent who can guide me
through all the legal complexities – Yes it can – the house has been put up
for sale with two local Agents. However if you wish to purchase privately we
can help – also the sale will be handled by a local English speaking Notaire who
also has English speaking staff.
Do you have a condition and energy report – We have
just had the inspection carried out (10th August 2012) and should
have it in the next couple of weeks.
Are there many equestrian activities in the area –
Yes there are numerous. The local commune own a horse racing and trotting track
with is situated about 500 meters from our house where annual meetings take
